Vermont Villas
Vermont Villas, located just outside Gardena, offers affordable and supportive housing for seniors who have experienced homelessness. The development includes studio and one-bedroom units, with 50 homes set aside for veterans and the remaining units designated for individuals with critical health needs.
Designed with health and community in mind, Vermont Villas features various shared spaces, including a lounge, teaching kitchen, computer nook, and community room, along with a spacious courtyard, private balconies, and open-air hallways that provide fresh air and outdoor access.
In partnership with the Veterans Administration and the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, five on-site service coordinators and case managers help residents overcome barriers to wellness, connect with community resources, and build the skills needed for independent living.
