PATH Metro Villas, Phase 2
PATH Metro Villas is a comprehensive community in Los Angeles that addresses homelessness by combining health services with supportive housing.
The campus features community rooms, laundry facilities, a community garden, and landscaped courtyards designed to foster connection and well-being.
The second phase of the development provides 120 affordable and supportive housing apartments across two buildings. Ninety of these units are reserved for individuals and families who have experienced homelessness and are connected by the Coordinated Entry System (CES). PATH Metro Villas offers not just housing, but the stability and support residents need to thrive.
