La Kretz Villas
La Kretz Villas is a 49-unit mixed-population community offering a combination of HACoLA-subsidized and affordable studio apartments for individuals who have experienced homelessness and/or live with disabilities.
Thirty-eight units are reserved for individuals that have experienced homelessness or with qualifying disabilities, while ten units serve those earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). PATH staff provide on-site integrated case management services to all residents, available seven days a week to support long-term housing stability and wellness.
