LAHOP is designed to connect people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County to outreach teams. An outreach team will be dispatched to the location within a few days to discuss available services and interim housing options. Please note: If submitting a request for yourself, please make sure to choose “self-referral.” In fields that ask for “organization” or “company,” you can put “not applicable”. |
