PATH Villas Montclair, a supportive housing development at 4220 Mont Clair Street near the intersection of Crenshaw and Adams Boulevards in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. This community is home to 45 individuals who were previously homeless and earn up to half of the area’s median income. Pacific Western Bank, Raymond James, the City of LA, the LA County Development Authority, the Corporation for Supportive Housing, and the California Department of Housing and Community Development contributed financing to the construction of the building. Rents are subsidized with project-based vouchers from the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles.
