SP7 Apartments

SP7 Apartments is a permanent supportive housing community offering 100 homes for Veterans and individuals with special needs, including those transitioning out of homelessness. The community operates as a scattered-site consisting of two buildings: a primary building with 81 homes and a secondary building with 19 rehabilitated homes, formerly known as San Pedro House.

The seven-story primary building is thoughtfully designed around a central interior courtyard and includes a range of resident service amenities that support connection, well-being, and long-term housing stability.
