PATH Villas El Cerrito

This 40-unit residential community in the El Cerrito community of San Diego was designed to increase the availability of affordable housing in the neighborhood and help low-income and formerly unhoused individuals and families rebuild their lives in permanent homes. This project was built using modular construction and is also home to a Family Health Centers of San Diego clinic.
