Bonnie Brae Villas is a 92-unit mixed-population community serving adults aged 62 and older who have experienced homelessness and/or live with qualifying disabilities. The property includes 91 subsidized units, reserved through HACLA, for individuals earning 30–50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). On-site integrated case management is provided by ALA staff to support all residents in maintaining stable housing and improving quality of life.
