Bonnie Brae Village
Bonnie Brae Villas is a 92 unit mixed population community that combines subsidized and affordable units for individuals 62+ who have experienced homelessness and/or have qualifying disabilities. Ninety-one HACLA units are set aside for people who are homeless and/or are living with a qualifying disability who earn 30%-50% AMI. Integrated case management services are available on-site for all households through ALA staff.
