Throughout the state of California, PATH Ventures has developed and manages 14 supportive apartment communities, with 1,351 units built or in the pipeline. These communities are safe, permanent homes for those who have previously experienced homelessness, with dedicated PATH staff on site to help tenants maintain stable housing and thrive in their new home.
Despite the COVID-19 crisis, PATH and PATH Ventures have been deemed essential businesses and will continue providing services at all of our supportive apartment communities. We are also moving forward with construction on new sites.
In fact, just this week, 7 tenants moved into the newly renovated PATH Villas Montclair-Gramercy, and PATH Ventures will start construction on PATH Villas South Gate next week, which will provide 60 apartments for those who experienced homelessness.
In addition to the normal services provided at PATH’s supportive apartment communities, we are offering additional support during this time to help tenants secure food and other essential items as they shelter in place.
Many of our tenants are older or have underlying health issues—this is the group of people who are most at risk of COVID-19. Instead of living on the streets during this crisis, they are in safe homes with PATH staff to support them.
It has never been more important for us to provide our most vulnerable neighbors with safe, stable homes. Please donate today to ensure we can continue to provide permanent housing for those most in need.
