PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) values our site visitors, donors, volunteers, and supporting partners. In respect, PATH maintains the highest level of confidentiality concerning our donors’ contact and financial information. Access to our data is limited to authorized PATH employees and protected through secure channels.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give. We will use your information to respond to you, in regards to reasons you contacted us (contact form, volunteer interest, community partnership, specific interests, email sign-up, or donation)

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personally identifying information with any third parties expect as provided for in this Privacy Policy. There are certain instances where it is necessary to share this information with trusted and verified third-party vendors (bound to contractual confidentiality) to complete transactions and to keep you informed about things happening at PATH based on your communication preferences.

Cookies are used to track site performance through our content management system and Google Analytics.

Unless you opt out or unsubscribe, we may contact you via email or mailto tell you about our work, your donation, events, volunteer opportunities, or changes to this privacy policy.

Security We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. Credit Card information is processed through a secure third party processor, www.Networkforgood.org, and your credit card company and is never stored in any of our systems.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing, or development) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
