Tina Estedabadi
Senior Director of Metro LA Programs
Tina Estedabadi is the Senior Director of Metro LA Programs at PATH with over a decade of experience in system change management, and program development. Before joining PATH, Tina held leadership roles at LA Family Housing (LAFH) where she oversaw key operational functions and developed innovative programs including the Lived Expertise Cohort and the Key to Success Initiative aimed at improving organizational efficiency and impact.
Earlier in her career, Tina led staff development efforts at LAFH, managing professional growth programs for over 500 employees and launching the agency’s first-ever Employee Emergency program, Professional Development Fund, and Wellness Initiative focused on mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Her extensive experience also includes roles at LAHSA where she contributed to the creation of the Coordinated Entry System for Youth, and at United Way of Greater Los Angeles where she provided strategic guidance to address homelessness. Tina holds a Master of Social Work, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and is deeply committed to building inclusive systems that improve outcomes for underserved communities. In her free time, Tina enjoys watching movies and working out.
