Director, Contracts Administration & Legal Analysis

Nada joined PATH in 2024 as a member of the Contract Administration team, bringing a wealth of experience in legal services and advocacy for unhoused and at-risk individuals. Before transitioning to contracts administration, Nada dedicated her career to fighting homelessness and housing instability through the legal field.

Her previous roles include serving as the Director of the Preventing and Ending Homelessness Project at Inner City Law Center, Deputy Director in the Housing Unit at Legal Services NYC, a staff attorney at The Legal Aid Society of New York City, and a staff attorney at Safe Horizon’s Domestic Violence Law Project. Nada is licensed to practice law in New York. Outside of work, Nada enjoys spending time with her family and connecting with nature.
