Gary Nay
Director of Administration and Campus Operations, Metro LA
Gary joined PATH in October 2024, bringing two decades of experience in administration and a broad background across industries such as communications, clinical laboratories, pharmaceuticals, transportation, higher education, and small business development. Throughout his career, Gary has held senior leadership roles, guiding teams in sales, marketing, and operational development. His approach to leadership focuses on building meaningful connections, fostering trust, and ensuring a job well done.
In his current role as the Director of Administration & Campus Operations for Metro Los Angeles, Gary oversees all campus operations, acting as the central hub for administrative and operational services for onsite departments and community partners.
Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management from the University of Redlands and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys landscaping and takes pride in planting trees, flowers, and shrubs, finding joy in watching them thrive and beautify their surroundings.
