Alison Windsor

With over 24 years of experience in nonprofit accounting, Alison has devoted her career to supporting organizations that create a meaningful impact. Her expertise includes supervising daily financial management, grants administration, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting.
A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, Alison earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Accounting. She began her career in Ventura at a CPA firm that specialized in nonprofits and government entities. After obtaining her CPA license, she moved to San Diego, where she is dedicated to strengthening local nonprofits and fostering positive change in her community.
Alison’s career has included positions at organizations of various sizes, such as Father Joe’s Villages as Grants Accounting Manager, Rady Children’s Hospital, and Episcopal Community Services. She has also worked with smaller nonprofits, balancing part-time roles while raising her children.
In her free time, she enjoys staying active outdoors, spending quality moments with her family, and pampering her two dogs, Butterscotch and Chuy.
