PATH serves over 20% of the homeless population in California through nine interim housing shelters, 14 supportive apartment communities, and dozens of outreach teams that hit the streets each day.
While the rest of California stays at home, many of our homeless neighbors don’t have anywhere to turn. PATH will remain on the front lines to help the most vulnerable in our community. Many of those living on the streets are older, sick, or have underlying health issues. Our homeless neighbors are among those most at risk of COVID-19. Now more than ever, PATH’s work is saving lives.
That’s why we are thrilled to share that PATH is a recipient of Ello’s 1:1 donation program.
Ello masks are made by expert craftsmen in Los Angeles, from locally sourced premium cotton blend. They are not only fashionable, but provide proper protection to prevent illness for the person wearing the mask and those around them. Ello knows that not everyone has the means to obtain masks due to certain circumstances—that’s why Ello proudly donates a mask with every purchase.
The idea is simple, but can make a significant impact. For every mask purchased Ello donates a mask to frontline workers and homeless shelters like PATH. Ello is ensuring that PATH staff have the critical protective equipment to keep working during the COVID-19 pandemic.
PATH is so incredibly thankful for the generosity from Ello and their customers. To shop Ello’s line of high-quality, stylish masks, please click here.
